well if you want my honest opinion, i'd say go for it! my friend is doing really well on the program and you even have a fox news clip with a doctor in it who is recommending lactagen on national television... what more could you ask for?

so i came across this video and it seems pretty promising. just wondering if anyone here has tried or know anything about lactagen?

Need help with your lactose intolerance?
So i've been reading up on some stuff regarding medication and treatments for my lactose intolerance but i haven't found anything. I mean, i already spend too much time and money on lactaid, dairy ease and etc. i'm just looking for something that's more affordable and hopefully something that has permanent effects, rather than the short, immediate relief stuff.
